Almost 10 years ago, JJ and I were in New York,
working on the distribution of Red Feline
on the Cross, living in a basement in Long
Island City, near the East River and Socrates Park.
It was a temporary arrangement, soon we were going
to be moving out. It was then that we were playing
with some ideas for a new project.
JJ mentioned that it would be good to make something
with the Inquisition as a theme. It was still early
to begin thinking about a new project. RFPIX
was just beginning and we didn't know what would happen
with it. Red Feline on the Cross
was getting out there. It was a slow process, and
we had just created RFPIX and our
built website.
Still, the idea was there, on the table, it was
a matter of time before it became a a project.
I went to France for a visit, with the promise
of returning in a few weeks. We moved a few days before
my trip to a room in Jackson Heights, it was also
a temporary arrangement, we would begin looking for
a permanent place because it was becoming clear that
we JJ was going to stay in NY for a long while.
