Camille's performance was no longer for the benefit of the story, or the camera, or the director, or the acting coach... no. Camille's performance was for the benefit of her man, her new man, or her old man, depending of the point of view. Her old man because he was so much older, her old man because I was sure we were both old souls reuniting, but new because this was the beginning. Although I believe now that we began seducing each other the first day we met. It was bound to happen and I was in the clouds.

How did all this made her feel? How did I feel? Was there a touch of guilt in my part? or a bit of discomfort in hers? I didn't think so then. There was one woman before who felt terrible after we worked on a scene like this. She felt shame and I felt terrible. She cried, I comforted. I was taking a plane that day, on my way to Hungary to meet Margot and that afternoon Rosie came to work on the scene we had been working on for some time. Her bra fell off, she didn't expect it, she felt bad. It was not a good thing.

So, "...if there's anything that makes you uncomfortable", I told Camille, "just let me know". She said she was fine and I believed her. Where did the guilt comes from?. It didn't matter, the sources are many and they will always show their sharp teeth, like a well trained dog.
